There's certainly nothing more pressing in our world today than addressing climate change. There's more than enough worry to go around. With politicos only paying lip service to it or outright denying it, our addiction to fossil fuels, our consumption-throw away-self involved culture, quick profit over long term survival, big money interest groups doing their damnedest to control the narrative, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, wildfires, drought, rising sea levels, we've got a situation of epic proportions on our collective hands. As a musician living at ground zero in the digital behemoth empire but raised in a state where oil and coal are king, I see the lines are drawn with no easy solution. Maybe in a small way this song can help reach critical mass.
